Our shipping rates are free for orders over $35, and $7.00 for all orders under that.




How long does shipping take?


1-3 buisness days , 7-14 business days for wholesale orders




Can I reuse my eyelashes?


Yes, mink lashes can be reused up to 25 times if handled with proper care.




I placed an order, but changed my mind. Can I change/cancel it?


Sorry, but unfortunately there are NO REFUNDS/EXCHANGES. Be 100% sure your order is correct before submitting payment.




I recieved my package, but a product(s) is wrong/missing/damaged, how can this be fixed?


Mistakes do happen, some in our control and some out of our control. Wrong and/or missing product(s): being that this issue is in our control, contact us via email with your order number as well as any images if applicable and we wil be happy to fix the issue. *When it comes to missing products, please be honest* Damaged product(s): we pack your order to perfection in durable, protective bubble mailers and it's the mail courier's duty to handle our packages with care once in their possession so being that this issue is not in our control, the only thing we can do is offer you a discount toward your next purchase whether you wish to replace the items or not. You will need to contact us via email with your order number and an image(s) to support your claim before a discount can be issued.




My tracking history says my package was delivered, but I didn't receive it. What should I do?


You should go or contact your local post office at their direct number and provide any information required to help track your package as we, THE 26TH LASH, are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.




My order hasn't arrived on it's initial delivery date, what should I do?


Unfornately, there's nothing you can do in this situation. Mail couriers are people just like us and mishaps may occur that can cause your package to be delayed.




My package was returned back to you, what happens now?


In the case of a wrong or undeliverable address, no one available at time of delivery, etc. You will be notified with the options to, 1. Be refunded (not including shipping fee) or 2. Have the package shipped to you again. *You will be responsible to pay this shipping fee unless there was a mistake on our end*




How do I care for my lashes?


1. Handle them gently 2. Remove glue residue after each wear 3. Wash them 4. Always store them in their packaging
